Katelyn Ross

Head Coach - Owner of 360 Elite + Gss Head Coach

Katelyn Ross is an elite softball instructor and the proud owner and head coach of 360 Elite Softball. With a rare blend of athletic expertise, professional training, and deep community commitment, Katelyn has become one of the most respected instructors in the region.

In addition to her extensive softball background, Katelyn is also a dedicated youth counsellor, bringing a unique understanding of both the mental and physical aspects of the game. Her holistic approach helps athletes build confidence, resilience, and strong fundamentals—on and off the field.

Katelyn’s impact extends beyond sports. She was honored as Citizen of the Year for her continual efforts to give back to the community through volunteer programs, mentorship, and youth development initiatives. She stays up to date on the latest training methods, ensuring every athlete receives top-tier instruction grounded in current best practices.

What makes Katelyn Ross truly stand out as an instructor is her commitment to actively practicing anddemonstrating every skill she teaches. She doesn’t just explain technique—she shows it, moves through it, and brings it to life so athletes can see exactly what they’re working toward. Her ability to perform high-level mechanics sets a clear visual standard and inspires athletes to push for their best.

Katelyn understands that every player learns differently. That’s why she blends visual, tactile, and verbal learning styles in every session. Whether an athlete learns best by watching, feeling the movement, or breaking down the “why” behind the skill, she adapts her instruction to match their needs. Her goal is not only to teach the skill, but to help athletes download the information in a way that sticks long-term.

By teaching athletes how to understand their mechanics, evaluate their own movements, and recognize what correct technique feels like, Katelyn empowers them to become self-led athletes—players who can coach themselves with confidence. This approach doesn’t just build better ballplayers; it builds smarter, more independent competitors.

Katelyn’s ability to demonstrate, communicate, and individualize instruction is what makes her such a uniquely effective instructor—and what sets 360 Elite apart.
