Service Description

The After-School Training Academy is a four-week program held two days a week, focusing on 1.5 hours of training each session. It incorporates mental game lessons into the training plans and covers all areas of the sport, excluding specialty positions like pitcher and catcher. A commitment to the full four weeks is required to ensure a gradual training progression, with a coaching ratio of 1:4.
